From March 26–28, 2026, FELTQUE proudly participated in the 2026 Hangzhou Pet Industry Expo in Hangzhou, China — one of the region’s growing gatherings for pet brands, artists, and pet-loving families.

The Story Behind FeltQue: Why We Started Creating Custom Felt Pets
FELTQUE began with the loss of a beloved rabbit named Zaizai.
Like many first-time pet owners, we thought the little “troubles” were harmless — chewing cardboard, biting wires, hopping onto slippers every morning, asking for vegetables. But one accident changed everything. After accidentally ingesting a toxic succulent plant, Zaizai passed away from acute intestinal blockage. That night, our daughter quietly said, “I just wish I could touch her ears and little nose again.”
Months later, a close friend who studied fine arts created the very first needle felt rabbit for us by hand. During the process, she said something we never forgot: “True craftsmanship is not about copying appearance. It’s about finding the tiny detail that makes someone cry.”
For us, that detail was the small crescent-shaped tooth mark Zaizai left on charging cables, and the way she stood up excitedly whenever we came home. That feeling became the inspiration behind FELTQUE.
Today, every custom wool felt pet we create is made with the same belief: a beloved pet may leave this world, but the warmth of their presence can still remain.
