Standard Creation Time is 1-4 Weeks. You will have an opportunity to expedite creation and delivery time at checkout note. Depending on your selection, you could receive it within 2 weeks.

Of course! We will use email to send the pre-fabricated image to you. For all products, you can make modifications before they are completed. We will do our best to provide you with a work that meets your satisfaction.If you prefer, you can pay 50% upfront to start your custom piece. During the creation process, we can modify your wool-felt pet according to your requirements until you’re satisfied with the result.
Once you’re happy with the final piece and it’s ready to ship, you’ll simply pay the remaining 50% balance before we send it to you.
